By using iron cap, iron plate, iron yoke with the magnets, which be getting more loading power, even up to several kilograms. The magnets material can be used by Ferrite . NdFeB. Alnico or Rubber etc. Besides, the products surface also can be plated by Ni. Zn. Chrome or Black plating for customer choice.
